Casa La Honda is a proposal for a duplex residential development perched on a steep cliffside in Huarmey, Ancash, Peru. The project accommodates two three-bedroom units arranged across four cascading levels. Each residence is accessed from its upper bedroom floor, descending gradually into the social living areas below. This top-entry configuration maximizes the buildable footprint on the sloped terrain, while naturally shading the private sleeping quarters and opening the shared living spaces to expansive coastal views.
